Return Policy
You may return any items sold and fulfilled by
UnusualLimits.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items should be returned in their original condition. We'll also
pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error.
Reasons for returns or exchanges can be:
1. The wrong item or size was shipped.
2. The item was defective.
Clothing can be exchanged or returned only if the product
has not been worn or show any visible signs of wear.
Return postage costs are not refundable unless we made an
error, or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds will be credited to your credit card after we have
received the returned merchandise.
For an exchange, you'll be charged for the new order and
then credited to your credit card when UnusualLimits.com
receives the original merchandise back.
Please contact us at returns@unusuallimits.com to get a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and please include
your order number. A UPS Return Label will then be issued
and sent to you. Please include the following information:
1. Is this going to be a return or an exchange?
2. Item number(s) and item(s) you are returning.
3. First and last name listed on the order.
4. Reason you are returning the items.
5. For exchanges list the replacement item number(s),
item(s) and size(s) that you want in exchange.
Returns that are not accompanied by a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted and will be sent
back to the customer. Returns and exchanges take
approximately 2-4 weeks for processing.
The original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or
exchanges.
If you live outside the USA, we will not be able to provide you
with a return label or reimburse you for return postage costs.
You may return the item(s) using any method available. We
recommend using a delivery method that can be tracked to
avoid lost merchandise.
If you live outside the USA, there may be additional customs
clearance, taxes, duties or other charges that may be
incurred upon arrival of your shipment in your country, once
the product has been exchanged and re-shipped to you.
